LEAH is seeking an exceptionally well organised and efficient Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience working in a small charity with experience of planning and managing programmes, funding contract management and working alongside volunteers. The ideal candidate will be used to dealing with a diverse workload, have excellent communications skills and a proven track record in leading and managing a team.
