Learn English at Home (LEAH) is seeking a part time Programmes and Operations Manager to join our friendly team.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our small team for 15 hours a week (across three days, £33,000 pro rata). The post requires someone who is exceptionally well organised and efficient, is used to dealing with a diverse workload, has strong numeracy and literacy skills and excellent communications skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a small charity with experience of planning and managing programmes, managing budgets and working alongside volunteers.
